Every year (for 31 years!) Bruce Dalzell and Billy Rhinehart invite musicians from Athens, Ohio to travel over to Fredericksburg, Virginia to share a stage with longtime friends and musicians Peter Mealy and Laurie Rose Griffith. This is Tony's second time joining the Ohio Guys.
